At the helm of Wentworth Partners are the dynamic husband and wife team of George and Aishah Savva. Each with over thirty years in the property game, during this time they have developed a deep understanding of the complex and ever-evolving nature of the property market.

A visionary Founder, George Savva’s rise from modest beginnings to become the Founding Director of Wentworth Partners is an incredible story of hard work and resilience. As somebody who always had a passion for helping other people, George knew early on that he possessed all the essential qualities to become a great leader in the world of property.
A warm and outgoing personality, upon entering the profession, George quickly earned a reputation for being the agent with the personal touch. Therefore, it’s no surprise to anybody that many of George’s early clients have engaged his services repeatedly over the years. They have the utmost confidence in George’s marketing and negotiating skills to fetch an unbeatable price for their homes.
Back in the 1980s, when George was a rookie on the property scene, the concept of digital marketing was still many years away into the future. Agents didn’t have the luxury of using social media platforms or sending emails to promote their listings. Instead, they had to take a more personalised and proactive approach to earn the trust of new clients.
In those pre-internet days, agents needed to be more visible in the community. George learnt the value of providing a customised service early on. He was determined to be available to his clients whenever they needed his advice and always made a point of staying in touch long after a sale was finalised.
Although grateful for getting a solid grounding in real estate during those times, George and his team take full advantage of all the sophisticated digital methods now available to market properties to a broader audience.
